Gabrielle Christina Victoria „Gabby” Douglas (ur. 31 grudnia 1995 w Newport News) – amerykańska gimnastyczka sportowa. Dwukrotna mistrzyni olimpijska 2012 z Londynu, mistrzyni olimpijska 2016 z Rio de Janeiro. Dwukrotna mistrzyni świata (2011, 2015).
W 2011 roku wraz z koleżankami z reprezentacji Stanów Zjednoczonych wywalczyła złoty medal w wieloboju drużynowym podczas Mistrzostw Świata rozgrywanych w Tokio. Na tej samej imprezie zajęła piąte miejsce w konkursie ćwiczeń na poręczach asymetrycznych. Również w 2011 roku Douglas wywalczyła brązowy medal rozgrywanych w Saint Paul mistrzostw Stanów Zjednoczonych w konkursie ćwiczeń na poręczach asymetrycznych.
W 2012 roku wzięła udział w mistrzostwach kręgu pacyficznego, gdzie zdobyła złoto na poręczach asymetrycznych oraz w wieloboju drużynowym. Podczas mistrzostw Stanów Zjednoczonych zdobyła złoto na poręczach asymetrycznych, srebro w wieloboju oraz brąz w ćwiczeniach wolnych. To wówczas Márta Károlyi, koordynatorka gimnastycznego programu olimpijskiego USA nazwała Douglas mianem „Latającej Wiewiórki” (Flying Squirrel) z uwagi na wykonywane na poręczach ćwiczenia.
Podczas Letnich Igrzysk Olimpijskich w 2012 roku Douglas indywidualnie zajęła 8. miejsce w ćwiczeniach na poręczach asymetrycznych, 7. miejsce w konkursie ćwiczeń na równoważni oraz miejsce pierwsze w wieloboju. Dołożyła do tego drugie złoto olimpijskie w konkursie wieloboju drużynowego.
Wystąpiła gościnnie w serialu Pamiętniki wampirów, jako pomoc w wyborach Miss Mistic.
W 2016 została nagrodzona jako Barbie Shero.

Five banks led by the investment bank Istituto Mobiliare Italiano paid $233 million to acquire 5.49 percent of Mediaset S.p.A., the television company controlled by former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, I.M.I. said today. The sale is part of a plan to reduce Mr. Berlusconi's stake in Mediaset, which owns three national television networks, to less than 50 percent.

The Federal Signal Corporation said last week that it had agreed to pay $6.7 million to settle a lawsuit by Duravision Inc. and the Manufacturers Product Research Group of North America. The settlement will result in a charge of $4.2 million, or 9 cents a share, in the fourth quarter, the Chicago-based maker of safety and industrial equipment said. The company had net income of $13.8 million, or 30 cents a share, in the 1994 fourth quarter.

The Netscape Communications Corporation has replaced the popular Yahoo! Internet directory in prominent positions on computer screens with two competing companies who paid for the top spots. Architext Software's Excite and a product from the Infoseek Corporation now occupy the locations that customers see first when they use Netscape's software. Netscape's Navigator is used by an estimated 15 million people to browse through the global computer network.

Sri Lankan guerrillas said today that they would resume peace talks with the Government if Sri Lankan troops would leave the rebels' longtime stronghold. The rebel Voice of Tigers radio said the offer by the leader of the Tamil Tigers guerrillas, Velupillai Prabhakaran, was made in a statement on Friday. The Government troops took the town of Jaffna, the rebels' longtime stronghold, in early December after a siege over several weeks.

South Korea today appeared to ease its conditions for resuming food aid to North Korea, calling on its Government to prove that it is facing a crisis and to guarantee that donated rice will not be for the military. The comments by Foreign Minister Gong Ro Myung could open the way for shipments of rice to North Korea by South Korea, Japan and possibly the United States.
