WASHINGTON, Aug. 22.--Major Ezra B. Kirk, Quartermaster, has been ordered to temporary duty at Atlanta, Ga., in connection with the National Cemetery. Forty recruits have been ordered to the Department of Dakota for assignment to the Eighth Cavalry and 15 colored recruits to the Department of the Platte for assignment to the Ninth Cavalry Sergt.
