LEAD: The Chrysler Corporation added several car and truck models to the buyer-incentive programs that it began in mid-November. New 1987 Dodge Dakota pickups, except for the S-series, and Ramcharger pickups carry $770 rebates as well as 7.7 percent annual financing for four-year loans. Either the rebate or the low-rate financing may be applied to the purchase of 1988 models of the Chrysler Fifth Avenue and E-Body New Yorker Turbo cars, the Dodge Daytona car and Dakota Ramcharger pickup, except for the S-series.
