WASHINGTON, April 12.--Capt. David A. Lyle, Ordnance Department, has been ordered from Boston to the Watertown Arsenel on temporary service. Col. Daniel McClure, Assistant PaymasterGeneral, has been relieved from duty in the Division of the Atlantic and ordered to await orders at his home.
