CHICAGO, Aug. 24 -- A better feeling exists in the grain market, even in the face of accumulating supplies. The sale of 675,000 bushels of wheat to Montreal at 8 1/2 to 8 3/4 cents over Chicago September c.i.f. there, attracted a great deal of attention at the last, and it looked as though the hedges against this wheat had been taken off late yesterday and early today.

CHICAGO, Aug. 25 -- Wheat prices are up 5 cents a bushel from the low point of the week with a good reaction at the close. There is a growing feeling among the commission houses and professionals that bearish conditions have been well discounted and that there has been too much bearish propaganda from foreigners who are believed to have made liberal purchases of wheat on the breaks.
