The move is the latest asset sale by the new owners of Wickes, Blackstone Capital Parntners L.P. and Wasserstein, Perella Partners L.P. Elco supplies electronic connectors and interconnecting systems for the electronics industry, and Kyocera manufactures ceramic products and electronic equipment.
