Mrs. Di Pietro, 29, is a producer of news stories and features for ''World News Tonight With Peter Jennings.'' She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University and received a master's degree in American foreign policy and international economics from Johns Hopkins University. The bride's father is the headmaster of the Friends' Central School, an independent day school in Wynnewood, Pa. Her mother is a physician assistant at Planned Parenthood in South Norwalk, Conn.
